Further Rig

Bikepacking man, what a treat. From simple overnighters to long adventures far from home, it’s just great. Riding with friends, or not, eating normal people food you brought with, or just sustaining on “food” from gas stations… Whoa man.

Camille from Further has asked myself and @avoidthevoid to come and check out the route he has made for the 2021 Further, sure to be a challenging one. This is perfect for me, as I’m keen to get out the but not able to push myself hard enough to be racing. This past weekend we got out for a little shakedown to test out some new and old gear for the mountains and I got a few questions about setup, so I thought I’d share. This setup isn’t specific to any race or terrain, but rather a “standard” setup for fast-touring and a lightweight sleep system good for low temps.
